Welcome to my practice! I believe it takes tremendous bravery and courage to ask for support, and I commend you for taking this first step. Many people come to therapy saying, “I’ve wanted to talk to someone for so long, but I kept thinking I could deal with it myself.” Therapy is a healthy, supportive space for anyone—regardless of how high-functioning they appear on the outside—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your most grounded and authentic self.
My approach
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and therapy should honor that. I integrate evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for intuition, identity, and lived experience. I aim to help clients access their inner wisdom while providing concrete tools for building insight, emotional resilience, and clarity. I work from a place of honoring boundaries, reducing shame, and promoting self-efficacy.
My focus
I specialize in working with adults who feel drained, stuck, unfulfilled, or disconnected from themselves—often due to people-pleasing, burnout, unresolved trauma, or unclear boundaries. Many of my clients are high-achievers who feel they “should” be fine but know deep down that something’s off. I also work with individuals navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), relational challenges, identity exploration, or life transitions, as well as those interested in emotional healing and growth.
My communication style
I’m direct but deeply empathetic. I offer a grounding, nonjudgmental space while also gently challenging old narratives and inviting reflection. My clients often describe me as intuitive, validating, and real—I aim to make therapy feel like a place where you can exhale, be honest, and do meaningful work without pressure or pretense.
My journey to mental healthcare
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own lived experience, a deep curiosity about human behavior, and a desire to support others in feeling more connected and empowered in their lives. My lived experience includes severe childhood abuse that I first sought therapy for at 19 years old; I can recall the exact moment I realized that it was going to work, I was going to get better, and I wanted to help others feel that same feeling someday. I was also diagnosed with both ADHD and Autism as an adult. I’m passionate about helping people shed shame, redefine their self-worth, and build lives that reflect their truth—not just their survival strategies.
